Until the authorization agreement is formally signed, all public statements use "partners for deployment" rather than "exclusive representative".

Terms of Service

By using AI Computer, you agree to the following terms:

  • Services are provided "as-is" based on the current state of each generation.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime. SLA applies per plan.
  • Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • AI-generated content is not owned by us — it belongs to you, subject to legal compliance.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for security or legal violations.

Transition period disclosure: Any statement that "AI Computer is running" clearly specifies whether it belongs to Generation 1 (computer.iai.one) or Generation 2 (maytinhai.org). We do not claim Gen 2 is independent until it is complete.

Privacy Policy

We collect and process data based on these principles:

  • Consent-based collection: We only collect data with your explicit consent.
  • Limited purpose: Data is used only for the stated purpose.
  • Limited retention: We do not keep data longer than necessary.
  • Your rights: Access, correct, and delete your personal data.

Compliance: Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (personal data protection), Personal Data Protection Law 2025.

Refund Policy

7-day refund: If you have used less than 10% of your plan quota.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

No refund when:

  • You have used more than 50% of your quota.
  • You have violated the Terms of Service.
  • Enterprise contract plan (separate terms).

Public Disclosure

We are committed to truth-in-advertising:

  • We do not claim capabilities that are not yet complete.
  • We do not call multi-tenant "sovereign".
  • We do not call API routing "quantum".
  • Every technology claim has evidence or is labeled Research.
